At the beginning of 2007 we were at the Esplanade on Marco Island with a group of friends. An Italian artist had created the marble artwork you see in this picture. The artist decided it was time to take down his artwork and share it with others. Jerrod noticed others chiseling away at the marble. He decided that would be fun! Originally he didn’t intend to work on it until he had chiseled the entire piece off until someone challenged him to do so.
