Ronald was helping put things from the grocery store away. He is a big helper these days. He will do simple tasks that you ask of him. He volunteered this job.
Ronald just came in from getting to swim in the pool. He did not want to be in the bath afterwards. He was climbing out of it. Here he is saying he wants to be out there. We had gone to the beach already too. He loves being outside in the sun. Guess he takes after his mom in that way.
Although Ronald likes to sit in the chair next to me at the beach he is very busy now. There is so much to do. People come by and say hello and how cute you are. He loves them to talk to him.
He loves to pillow fight. Ronald tells Dad to go back to the bedroom and pillow fight several times a day. Here he is bringing out pillows because we didn't go back with him.
Bringing the pillow from the back room.
Here Ron was telling me to have this pillow for a pillow fight.
There is more to do at the beach besides surfing. Ronald enjoys digging with his shovel and using his bucket . He likes to fill it with water first then put the sand in.
Ronald borrowed a surf board from another child at the beach. He watched the big kids surfing and began his quest in figuring out how to surf himself. He saw them pick up the boards and throw them down on the water.
He watched the others run with the board.
Place it down just right...
Now that it is on the ground...
Get on the board!
Oops fell down. Well so do the big boys!
Now he has it.
Try again!
Oh yeah I got it now.
Ronald the surfing toddler!
Catch the waves or sand in this case. One of those cute moments I will never forget.
